Yoga Day Celebration at Amazing Achiever's Club - 7th Meeting

Welcome to Amazing Achiever's Club news room!!!!!

We had our 7th successful Amazing achiever’s meeting on 20th June 2020. 21st June is "International Yoga Day" So we decided to celebrate it in our club!!

It started with the prayer 

गुरुर्ब्रह्मा गुरुर्विष्णु गुरुर्देवो महेश्वरा

गुरुर्साक्षात परब्रह्म तस्मै श्री गुरवे नमः

Then each Achiever showed one Asana (a pose) explaining a benefit of it and other Achievers followed her posing in the same Asana. Everyone looked so excited showing the pose and understanding the benefits of it. After each Achiever finished their turns, some of them showed some difficult Asanas that they could do. Then everyone of us did some Pranayama (breathing exercises) on our own like Anulom-vilom, Kapalbhati etc. My mom took a small meditation session for us after that. We had to sit with our eyes closed and concentrate on our breathing. It is not that easy though. 

Overall we had super fun and gathered lots of positivity on our "Yoga Day Special Club Meeting" !!

6 Amazing Achiever's Club - 6th Meeting

Welcome to Amazing Achiever's club news room!!!!!

We had our 6th successful Amazing achiever’s meeting on 6th June 2020. Isn't it a coincidence that our 6th meeting was on 6th!! ☺

The meeting started with me( Kaylyn) doing the Master of Ceremony. Then Shriya who did the word of the day - AURA.  Ananya did the idiom of the day. Then Kaavya shared  some interesting facts about planets and Solar System!  

Rituparna asked extempore questions like what are the qualities of a best friend? which came to me! I feel a true friend is the one who lends things if you don't have it, who helps you when you are in trouble. Other questions like what are your responsibilities at home also made us think about how much do we help our parents?

Then it was playtime. Kaavya was in charge of the games and arranged a Pictionary game. It became very competitive with 2 teams - Red and Blue. 1 team had to draw a picture on zoom whiteboard and the other team had to recognize the word. It was a super fun. In the end the Red Team won with members Rituparna and Swanandi. Kaavya made beautiful congratulatory video for the winners! Then Swanandi extended  Vote of Thanks for the meeting and took our memory picture.

Since everyone's schools will be resumed in June, henceforth we decided to have biweekly club meetings. We decided our roles for next meeting and with another fantastic meeting we closed our session. 

Next session will be an interesting one!! Pls stay tuned!!

5 Amazing Achievers Club 5th meeting

😀 Welcome to Amazing Achiever's club news room!!!!!

We had our 5th successful Amazing Achiever's Club meeting on May 30, 2021.

It started with Tanishka being the master of ceremony, Swanandi's interesting facts, Shriya's Idiom, and Kaavya announcing the word of the day,  Then it was Kaylyn's turn for the speech, she narrated a story about Ally who was really brave and helped the police find the thieves.

It was time for extempore and Ananya  asked very interesting  questions which made everyone put their thinking caps on. Then it was game time!!! Rituparna and Kaylyn arranged games for everyone. Rituparna arranged a game called "Many from One" was a very tricky game. We had to make as many words possible from a word which was "Incomprehensible". Ananaya and Swanandi got maximum that is 5 words and had a tie. Looks like Rituparna got 60 words from that 1 word. 👀👀 

Kaylyn arranged a trivia game for everyone which had GK questions and were quite difficult. Ananya was the winner.  In the end, it was Rituparna who did the vote  of thanks and performed it really well.                                             

 As usual it was a great meeting !! 😀

4 Amazing Achievers Club - 4th Meeting

 Welcome to Amazing Achievers Club News Room!!

We had our 4th successful Amazing Achiever's Club meeting on May 23, 2021.

It was such an interesting meeting with Swanandi being the Master of Ceremony, word by Kaylyn, fact by Shriya and idiom by Rituparna! Kaavya did a very informative speech on Recycling and gave us a thought about how important recycling is to save environment and be eco-friendly. Ananya narrated a small story. 

Extempore was done by Tanishka which made everyone think about what do we do to keep our house clean, what eating habits should we have to keep ourselves healthy. 

Tanishka and Shriya arranged quizzes for everyone which had tricky questions and announced 3 winners and also took efforts to make certificates also. It was such a good gesture. Everyone liked it and were very happy about it.

Mehek was to do the Vote of thanks but she was absent. So Shriya took the role and performed it well.

3 Amazing Achievers Club - 3rd Meeting

Welcome to Amazing Achievers Club News Room!!

We had our 3rd successful Amazing Achiever's Club meeting on May 16, 2021.

Today Maharashtra is facing Tauktee Cyclone due to which it is very strong wind and heavy rains. Such rains in May was something uneventful. In this situation also all the Achievers met and conducted our meeting. 😃

Kaavya did Master of ceremony and guided all to their respective roles. It started with Tanishka announcing Word of the day, Swanandi, Idiom of the day and Kaylyn, fact of the day.

Rituparna told an interesting Japanese Story of Shiro dog who helps out its Master by finding the treasure. 

This time apart from our regular roles we also had interesting games.

1. Picture memory game - See the picture for 30 sec. and write down what you remember.

1 Amazing Achiever's Club - 1st Meeting

Welcome to Amazing Achievers Club News Room!!

We have been looking forward to the 1st meeting and The Amazing Achiever's Club successfully completed its 1st meeting with pioneer members on May 4th, 2021.

Its a first meeting so Achievers are taking time to  get along but it will take its own time and I am sure soon they will connect with each other.

I did Master of ceremony role. It was my first time to do something like this so had to prepare well and do my best. I was little tensed but I could do it smoothly and was feeling much confident after the meeting.

Introducing Amazing Achiever's Club

We are in year 2021. Another year with pandemic. Work from home, has become the new normal. We children are really bored to get stuck at home. We are missing cycling, running, meeting friends. But we can not sit quiet at home. Shriya and me were thinking what to do and how to create some opportunity to meet up with friends and thought of starting a club where we can do various activities. 

My mom also supported and gave me more ideas. We spread the word to our friends and got positive responses on it. And our Club was born. After the brainstorming we named it "Amazing Achievers Club". 

We have found a new way to meet friends and have fun. 

Introducing our Amazing Achievers Club. 

Everyone would perform different roles, will have art, craft, various games and fun activities. 

First meeting would be held on May 4th, 2021.
